BLOG

Runner’s World contributor Ted Spiker has never done it before. That’s probably because he has a body better built to cover 26.2 feet rather than 26.2 miles. This year, he’ll write about his attempt to run his first marathon and the wacky workouts he’ll sometimes use to get there. Spiker will explore different exercises, techniques, and sports that can help him—and you—make it the distance.
