Weekend Workout: Filthy Fast 50s

Filthy Fast 50s

Number of people: 1 (logistics prevented me from joining the group, so went solo)
Date: Saturday, Nov. 11
Time: About 100 minutes

Ran 6 miles at sunrise, then did an easy 15-minute spin, followed by a quick garage circuit.

Directions: Do 50 reps of the following exercises, split up in whatever way you want.


Kettlebell swings
Upright rows
Stability ball crunches
Shoulder presses
